Payment terms:
No advance is provided.
Settlements for delivered Goods are made within a period of not more than 25 (twenty five) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods and receipt of a complete set of documents from the supplier (including invoice, invoice, FRT, copies of quality certificates and quality certificates of the manufacturer). Settlements for goods delivered are made in a non-cash form, by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Supplier. All calculations under this contract are completed by the execution of an act of reconciliation of mutual settlements of the parties.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the Goods shall be carried out by installments on the basis of the Buyer's application, which are integral parts of the Contract. The application shall specify the name, quantity, delivery time and price for the Goods. The application must be received by the Supplier with confirmation of receipt by fax, e-mail or in person. The period of delivery of the Goods is no more than 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the application from the Buyer.
The Supplier delivers the Goods to the Recipient in-house and at their own expense.
