Payment terms:for each Payment delivered consignment of goods shall be made to the account of the supplier within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the buyer. Payment is carried out after giving the buyer duly decorated original invoices, invoice form Torg-12 and others provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation documents.
Delivery terms:goods delivery is carried out by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse parties at: Perm, UL. Sovetskaya, 1, on the written request of the buyer, sent to the supplier by fax or by e-mail, within 21 (twenty one) calendar days from the date of its receipt. Delivery and unloading is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.
