Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

SAMPLES ARE MANDATORY! THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DRAFT CONTRACT! This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Suppliers need to download the package of documents specified in the procurement documentation, as well as submit samples within the specified time frame.
