Payment terms:Оплата по Договору осуществляется путем безналичного расчета.
Оплата Договора производится по факту поставки после подписания акта приема-передачи товара, в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты получения счета Заказчиком.
Датой оплаты Товара считается дата зачисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика. Поставщик вправе потребовать у Заказчика в подтверждение оплаты Товара копию платежного поручения с отметкой банка об исполнении.
Delivery terms:Поставка Товара осуществляется силами и за счет Поставщика равными партиями в 4 этапа в соответствии с Приложением №2 к Договору "Календарный план".
