Payment terms:Расчет за поставленный Поставщиком Товар производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента приемки Товара Покупателем. Оплата Товара осуществляется после предоставления Покупателю надлежащим образом оформленных оригинальных счетов-фактур, накладных по форме ТОРГ-12 и иных предусмотренных действующим законодательством Российской Федерации документов.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки товара: в течение 5 рабочих дней с момента заключения договора.
Условия доставки: осуществляется силами и за счет Поставщика на склад Покупателя.
