Payment terms:Calculation for each consignment of goods delivered shall be made to the bank account of the provider within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the buyer. Payment is carried out after giving the buyer duly decorated original invoices, invoice form Torg 12, bills of lading (if delivery of the goods or Provider forces involved by third persons), original copies of the signed contract and specifications, as well as others provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation documents.
