Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:the Customer Payment is made for each individual phase of the provision of services in accordance with the schedule of servicing locomotives. Payment on the fact of providing services by transferring money to the account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of an Act rendered services and invoices
Delivery terms:Place service delivery at the customer's premises located at 150020 g. Yaroslavl, street 4-I Proletarskaya, d. 3.
Dislocation of locomotives TGM 4A and TGM 4: at the address of the customer.
Periods of service delivery: within 12 months from the date of signature of the Treaty, in accordance with the timetable for the provision of services specified in table no. 3 p.p. 3.3 of the technical specifications.
Support service: When the need arises, the customer based on the customer's application, the executor starts to perform services for a period of 1 (one) working day from the date of receipt of the application by the customer.
The total period of service delivery-up to complete fulfillment of obligations by both sides.
