If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:• Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse;

We draw the attention of the Bidders that when submitting commercial offers, it is necessary to indicate the terms of delivery. When submitting commercial offers on terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, prices for each unit of production are indicated together with the delivery.

Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the batch of Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse at the addresses indicated in the tender.
The declared volume is indicative and assumes a delivery time of one year. The declared volume will be selected by applications after receiving an application from the Customer.

Comments:
The organizer has the right to conduct the second stage (rebidding), if received
unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Before rebidding will be
not more than 50% of applicants with the best prices from the total number are admitted
participants.

The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.


The commercial offer must be submitted by 11.09.20. 12:00 (Moscow time).

Bids submitted later than this date will not be considered.
Except in the case of the decision of the second stage of submitting quotations for a limited list of suppliers.
