Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Delay of 60 days after the end of the month in which invoices for payment were received.
Delivery terms:The delivered goods must be new, not restored and not preserved.
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the batch of goods to the buyer at the time of signing the call tag (Torg-12) at the warehouse of the buyer at the addresses specified in the tender.
The declared volume is indicative and assumes a delivery time within a year. The volume of the application may vary by no more than 20% both upwards and downwards. The declared volume will be selected by applications, after receiving the application from the Customer.

Comments:
The organizer has the right to hold the second stage (rebidding), if received
unsatisfactory results in the first stage. Before rebidding will be
allowed no more than 50% of applicants with the best prices of the total
participants.

The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who has offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.


Commercial offer must be submitted before 12.08.19. 12:00 (Moscow time).

Proposals subject to a specified date will not be considered.
Except for the case of the decision of the second stage of bidding for a limited list of suppliers.

Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also
