We draw the attention of the Tenderers that when submitting commercial proposals, it is necessary to indicate the delivery conditions. When submitting commercial offers on terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, prices for each unit of products are indicated with delivery.

The supplied products shall be new, not restored and not preserved previously. Delivery cost shall be included in the cost of products.
The delivery date is the date of transfer of the consignment of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in the Buyer's warehouse at the addresses indicated in the tender.
The declared volume is indicative and assumes a delivery time of one year. The volume of the application may vary by no more than 20%, both up and down. The declared volume will be selected by applications, after receiving the application from the Customer.

Comments:
The organizer has the right to conduct the second stage (rebidding), if received
unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Before rebidding will be
no more than 50% of applicants with the best prices of the total
participants.

The winner of the procedure will be the proposal of the applicant who proposed the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.


A commercial offer must be submitted before 09/17/19. 12:00 (Moscow time).

Proposals submitted later than this date will not be considered.
Except in the case of a decision on the second stage of submission of price proposals for a limited list of suppliers.
