2. Copies of documents confirming the authority of a person acting on behalf of a participant in procurement procedures (power of attorney)
3. A copy of the balance sheet in the form of OKUD 0710001 (with a mark of the tax authorities on acceptance)
4. Copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
5. A copy of the Protocol (decision) on the election (appointment) of the head of the organization
6. A copy of the Decision on the creation (establishment) of a legal entity
7. A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority at the place of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur
8. A copy of the IFNS Certificate on the absence of tax arrears as of the last reporting date in the form KDN 1120101
9. A copy of the Charter of the organization in the current version
10. Quality Certificate

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
