Payment terms:The price of goods is given including VAT 18%, but includes all the costs of packaging and delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer in Bratsk, Irkutsk Region. The buyer shall pay by transferring money to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of the value of products - within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the products from the carrier in the warehouse of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Quality certificates or other documents certifying the quality of the goods are required. The supplied goods must be new, not repaired.

Comments:
It is strictly required for participation in the electronic bidding to accept the terms of payment and delivery of the buyer. Proposed offer must be valid for 2 months. Please note that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449, Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 - 1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to refuse from all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants. Proposals for further change of the price proposals submitted not at E-marketplace "B2B-Mechel" after rebidding procedure shall not be considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
