Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance payment is not provided for. Payment for work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of the work on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed and the invoice of the Contractor within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed. The response to the request should uniquely determine the price of a unit of work, the total cost of work. The cost of work is determined by calculating the price of the contract with the application of the transcripts on the articles - payroll, travel expenses, material costs, to calculate the initial maximum price (NMC) of the work. The direction of the technical and commercial proposal and the provision of calculation of the cost of services does not impose any additional obligations on the Parties.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
