We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The Bidder who took part in the procedure (who made the offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Bidder has them in his Personal Workspace, and the Bidder must indicate this in his offer):
1.1. Commercial offer in pdf format with printing and signed by the head of the company.
1.2. The Charter and/or the founding agreement (with all additions and changes, if any).
1.3. Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity registered before
01.07.2002 1.4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if the legal entity is registered after July 01, 2002).
1.5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as a rule, issued not earlier than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the Contract.
1.6. Certificate of tax registration.
1.7. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.8. Documents confirming the authority of the sole executive body or other representative of the Buyer to sign the documents, namely:
1.8.1. — The decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole executive body or (in the case of signing the contract by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2. — A power of Attorney for the Buyer's representative confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
