This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ).

Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
This Bidding procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.

The rules for the procedure and conditions for the provision of documents are in the file "Invitation to request proposals_Shelving LLC LENTA"

When placing your proposal, please take into account that changes have been made to the Terms of Reference (adjustment of the survey program) and to the file "Commercial Proposal submission form" (the list of stores has been slightly changed.)

To submit your Commercial Proposal, you need to place a bet on the cost of the survey and registration of the results for each store where your company is ready to provide services on the B2B platform.
The cost should not be higher than indicated in the file "Commercial Proposal submission Form".
The cost is indicated in rubles. WITHOUT VAT.
The Bidders of the tender provide the following documentation:
• Completed "Commercial Proposal Submission Form" in Excel format and in pdf format on the company's official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head.
Use the current attached file on the site due to changes in the list of stores.
It is allowed to provide Commercial Proposals only for those TC and RC where the Bidder Company is ready to perform the necessary work.
The remaining lines in the form do not need to be filled in and deleted, in order to facilitate the processing of data in the Summary Table when reviewing the results.

• Accounting documentation.
1. Accounting statements (balance sheet (f1) and notes to the balance sheet for the last full year;
2. Statement of Financial Results (f2) for the last full year;
3. Information on accrued depreciation (balance sheet), certified with a seal and signature on the day of submission of documentation;
4. Information on long-term accounts receivable (more than one year), stamped and signed on the day of submission of documentation.
5. Calculation on form 4-FSS for the last reporting quarter or Calculation of insurance premiums for the last reporting quarter
6. Certificate of availability of resources required to fulfill the terms of the contract (including the number of employees and other necessary resources, depending on the type of work and services) - Provided in free form on the letterhead of the organization signed by the head).
The necessary information is in the attached archive "Files for the tender".
The provision of Commercial Proposals by e-mail or in any other form is prohibited!

A commercial offer not submitted by the Bidder on time is considered as a refusal to participate in the tender.
