Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
• 100% post-payment in rubles from the moment of receipt of the Goods within 30 calendar days;
• The currency of the commercial offer is rubles without VAT;
• Price fixing – for at least 3 months from the date of the first delivery.
Delivery terms:
• Delivery must include loading, unloading, transportation to all Globus hypermarkets assigned to the supplier 1 time per week. Optional: delivery is carried out according to the schedule 1 every two weeks at the LC (the cost of the service is 3% of the turnover of the supplied products);
• Uniform product prices for all Globus hypermarkets;
• Maintaining a constant monthly stock in the supplier's warehouse.
Comments: The supplier will be considered only on condition of mandatory provision of samples of appropriate quality. A cardboard analogue is allowed, as well as minor changes in the design.
