Comments: The Bidder as part of the bid within the framework of the competition must provide:
1. Technical and commercial proposal in the form of Enelt Group of Companies (Appendix 1);
2. DATA SHEET for the diesel engine used with mandatory indication:
• Prime Power and COP power values in kWb, kWm;
• Specific consumption of natural fuel when loading 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% Prime Power;
• DGA power balance at Prime Power, indicating the power values on the engine shaft, on the cooling system, on the exhaust, on heat radiation, on charge air cooling.
3. Reference list with deliveries of DGA with Cummins ICE;
4. Reference list with DGA supplies as the main source of electrical energy;
5. information about the availability of its own service department, indicating the availability of certificates, diplomas of employees, confirmation of experience in repairing Cummins ICE;
6. Compliance with the established requirements is confirmed by submitting information on previously executed contracts by Call for Bidding Bidders as part of the bid, with mandatory attachment of copies of the following documents signed by both parties and executed, including in accordance with the terms of the concluded contract, confirming the data submitted in the form:
- scanned copies of contracts or parts thereof;
-documents stipulated by the requirements of contracts confirming the fact of execution (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, UPD, signed on both sides). When bidding evaluation of Bidders will take into account only those information about the scope of execution of similar contracts, which are confirmed by the documents specified above.
