Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay for the received products by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days after the actual receipt of the products, subject to the provision of invoices and quality certificates. The invoice is provided to the Buyer simultaneously with the shipment of products.
Delivery terms:1. Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's transport to the Buyer at the address: Krasnoyarsk Territory, Yemelyanovsky district, Shuvaevsky village, 20 km of the Yenisei tract, plot 8 building 2
2. The cost of delivery to the place of delivery is included in the cost of products.
3. The product delivery period is until April 25, 2023.

Comments:
1. Compliance of the Procurement Participant with corporate security requirements;
2. When submitting a commercial offer, the supplier automatically agrees with the standard contract of JSC Gorevsky GOK
3. Carrying out economic activity for at least 1 (one) calendar year;
4. Having revenue for the previous reporting period comparable to the amount of the proposed transaction (the transaction amount is not more than 50% of the revenue);
5. Having no effective decisions of the Federal Tax Service on the suspension of transactions on the taxpayer's accounts, except in cases when payment in full is made after the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subsequent payment);
6. Not being in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings.
7. Based on the results of this procedure, contracts may be concluded with several legal entities that are part of the group of companies.
8. The organizer reserves the right not to consider offers for which the delivery period exceeds the required one, as well as if the participant does not agree with the proposed payment terms and/or the standard form of the contract.
9. When considering proposals, manufacturers, dealers and official representatives have priority
10. The application for participation is submitted by filling out the appropriate form on the ETP. Additionally, the completed "Commercial Offer" file must be uploaded.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to conduct a rebidding both in electronic form and in the format of face-to-face negotiations.
12. The cost of the CP must be up to date until the winner is approved and the contract is signed.
