Payment terms:The price of the goods is given including VAT-20% and includes all costs for the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered item must be new, not refurbished.

IT IS MANDATORY UPLOADING OF THE OFFER, DRAWING (GENERAL VIEW) AND DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE APPENDIXED LIST. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
