Payment terms:The price of the goods is given with VAT -20% and includes all costs for delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse in Bratsk, Irkutsk region.
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Vendor's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods — within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on its own hand to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The goods supplied must be new, not recovered.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN ELECTRONIC BIDDING - ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF THE BUYER, AVAILABILITY OF THE STATUS - THE MANUFACTURER, THE OFFERED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS. IT IS MANDATORY TO LOAD THE OFFER, DRAWING (GENERAL VIEW) AND DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED LIST. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
