Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is possible to adjust the delivery schedule by agreement with the customer regarding the lead time of shipment to form the transit norm of the consignment.
The need specified in Appendix No. 1 (Lot No. 1 - Lot No. 7) may vary within / - 30% of the list and volume of the specified lot nomenclature.

Comments:
Products proposed for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 of release, not burdened with pledges and other guarantees, not previously used. The delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is possible to adjust the delivery schedule by agreement with the customer regarding the lead time of shipment to form the transit norm of the consignment.
- The current request for proposals procedure is not a tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude a contract or to terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the declared products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- Offered products must be certified and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
