Payment terms:Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. Payment currency - RUB. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments to pay for the product (batch of products) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product based on the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the product (batch of products), waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law. The price shall include the cost of delivery.

Comments:
Separately, we draw attention to the fact that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products proposed for delivery in units of measure appropriate to the subject of the purchase;
• unit price of production; delivery basis (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of the goods, moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery time
• terms and conditions of payment for products

In the event that a different delivery procedure is proposed, a commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include an appropriate comment.

The validity of the proposal (offer) must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, the application of a technical description is mandatory.
Supplied products shall be free from any liens and encumbrances, shall be manufactured by the supplier or by dealership or similar contracts.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply contract with LLC "RMM", as amended by the customer (Appendix No. 2)

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil liabilities, and reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the Participants.
