Comments:
Products proposed for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 of release, not burdened with pledges and other guarantees, not previously used.
Participants in this procedure offering products for delivery must have the status of a manufacturer, an authorized dealer, an authorized trading agent of the manufacturer.
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (bidding form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude a contract or to terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacing the claimed products with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
- The proposed products must be certified by the Russian River Register and all other certification bodies in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and must be delivered with all necessary documentation.
- The basis of delivery is the consignee’s warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee.
