Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products to the customer's warehouse. Bid prepared to consider alternative payment terms, including partial funding subject to the application of interim measures comparable to the sum paid in advance.
Delivery terms:Supply contracts under this procedure will be concluded with customers of the company under the control of LLC "Mezhregionflot".

Comments:
We offer to supply products shall be new, not later than the 2019 release, unencumbered by liens and other guarantees, not previously used ones.
Parties to this procedure, offering products to be supplied should have the status of the manufacturer, authorized dealer, authorized trading agent manufacturer.
- The ongoing request for proposals is not a competition (auction form) provided st.447-449 Civil Code.
The customer has the right to reject all offers received for any reason and do not enter into a contract or terminate commercial request for proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Substitution products claimed by the same, does not lead to deterioration of the technical and operating characteristics of the products.
- Offered products must be certified by the Russian River Register and all other certification bodies in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation.
- Basis of delivery - the warehouse of the consignee.
- Transfer of ownership - the warehouse of the consignee.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
