We invite you to take part in the Request for Proposals for the supply of consumables for the trade of FCS "Karusel", delivery to the DC in 2022.

The price fixing period is until 31.12.2022.
In return letter to this Invitation, I ask you to notify of your readiness to participate, or to give a reasoned WRITTEN refusal to participate - this is IMPORTANT information for us.

The Contest being held is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contest being held is an invitation to make offers.

Procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The Request for Proposals will be carried out in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Requests for proposals will run from 11/02/21 until the end of normal time 12:00 11/15/21 (Moscow time) with possible extensions after the end of normal time.

To participate in this stage, you need to attach on the site:
• agreement with the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• regulations of trading in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Form "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on the simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents on the ETP;

We draw your attention to the need to provide product samples in accordance with the TK file before 11/15/21 if your company has not previously entered into a supply contract with FCS Karusel. For the provision of samples, please contact Vladimir Plemenov (contacts below).

The offer must be valid for at least one year from the date of the request for proposals.
