Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment under the contract is carried out in non-cash order by transferring funds from the account of the Buyer to the account of the Supplier. The date of payment is the date of withdrawal of funds from the Buyer's account. Advance payment is not applicable. Deferral of payment at least 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's forces and means to the Buyer's warehouse. Delivery of the goods is carried out in separate batches during the year according to the Customer's request in accordance with the needs. Minimum shipment from 1 (one) ton. Delivery is carried out within 5 (five) working days from the date of submission of the Application.
