Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:50% Pre-payment, remaining 50% over 60 k/d, from the date of delivery of the equipment to the object of the buyer.
Delivery terms:to provide a quotation based on the list provided by the purchaser of the equipment. KP must be endorsed by an authorized officer of the organization. Additional information on the conditions of delivery of the equipment in the list annexed hereto. The location of the object: Tulskaya oblast, Bogoroditsky district, the village of Lomovka, 249-th km of motorway M4 Don, the right side of the road when driving from Moscow.
