Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:prepayment 50% in accordance with the application from the buyer, the remainder 60 days after the delivery of the equipment to the facility, and in the case of installation of equipment by the supplier from the date of signing the act of entry of equipment into operation.
Delivery terms:delivery of equipment is carried out in stages, at the request of the buyer, the buyer has the right to place applications for the supply of equipment for 12 calendar months, from the moment of signing by the parties to the contract.
Delivery of equipment, as well as unloading and placement of equipment in accordance with the technological plan, is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the supplier at the objects of the buyer indicated in the chart of the discoveries (attached).
Installation of equipment is carried out by the supplier at the agreed cost, through the application at the signing of the specification, the buyer has the right to choose an authorized organization for installation and commissioning works, with the preservation of guarantees from the supplier .
Warranty for equipment not less than 12 calendar months from the moment of putting the equipment into operation, but not later than 40 calendar days from the moment of delivery.
Other requirements: Work on the market for at least 2 years, delivery terms from the moment of depositing a maximum of 30 calendar days for Russian equipment and 60 calendar days for import.
