Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay for the received products by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account with a delay of no more than 30 calendar days after the actual receipt of the products, subject to the provision of invoices and quality certificates. The invoice is provided to the Buyer simultaneously with the shipment of products.
Delivery terms:
1. Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's transport to the Buyer at the address: Krasnoyarsk Krai, Motyginsky district, village. Razdolinsk, Pervomaiskaya str., 16
2. The cost of delivery to the place of delivery is included in the cost of products.
3. The delivery period of the entire volume is until August 31, 2023

The cost of the CP must be up to date until the winner is approved and the contract is signed.
When submitting a commercial offer, the supplier automatically agrees to the standard contract of Bogolyubovskoye LLC.
