Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Products offered for delivery must be new, no later than 2019 release, not encumbered with pledges and other guarantees, previously not used. Delivery time of products in accordance with the delivery schedule, in the context of each delivery basis. It is allowed to adjust the delivery schedule as agreed with the customer in terms of ahead of schedule for shipment to form the transit rate of the consignment.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all required documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.
