Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:It is recommended that payment be deferred for at least 20 bank days from the date of delivery of the goods and the delivery of all documents.
Delivery terms:The supplier provides a test sample of products within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract. The buyer compiles and sends a list of comments to the test sample within 2 (two) business days. The Supplier, within 2 (two) business days of receipt of the Buyer's comments, making them and transmits to the Buyer 2 (two) samples of products agreed by Parties.
