Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Non-cash payment.
100% payment within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Buyer, based on the consignment note, invoice or UPD signed by the parties.
Delivery terms:
During the term of the agreement. Delivery of the Goods (batch of Goods) is made by the Supplier within __ (________) working days from the date of sending the bid by the Buyer. At the same time, to send the bid, the Buyer does not need to receive a notification from the Supplier about the readiness of the Goods (batch of Goods) for shipment.
