Payment terms:В соответствии с "Графиком лизинговых платежей" в размере и сроки, согласованные сторонами. В цену договора включаются затраты Поставщика (Победителя запроса предложений), связанные с передачей продукции, в том числе отпускная стоимость продукции, установленная заводом-изготовителем, все налоговые и таможенные платежи, сборы и иные платежи, (включая) связанные с ввозом комплектующих на территорию Российской Федерации и выпуском их в свободное обращение, а также стоимость транспортных услуг, оказываемых третьими лицами, связанных с доставкой продукции до склада Продавца в г. Ульяновск, затраты по хранению продукции на складе Продавца до момента передачи продукции Покупателю по Акту приема-передачи.
