Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Цена товара должна включать в себя все налоги, сборы, расходы, таможенные пошлины, погрузо-разгрузочные работы, упаковку (тару), страховые и транспортные расходы, а так же другие расходы, связанные с поставкой товара до места назначения. Цена предложения должна оставаться фиксированной на протяжении всего срока действия договора.
Delivery terms:
Поставка продукции осуществляется отдельными партиями в течение года по заявкам Покупателя.
Поставщик должен иметь склад заявленного Товара (аренда, собственность) в г. Магадане.
Покупатель осуществляет самовывоз Товара со склада Поставщика в г. Магадане.
Получение Товара со склада Поставщика осуществляется в срок не более 3 (трех) рабочих дней с момента предоставления заявки.
Условия оплаты: оплата производится за каждую партию отдельно в течение 30 банковских дней после получения продукции (товара) на складе Поставщика.
