Personal medical books should be issued by the Rospotrebnadzor institution in St. Petersburg - FBUZ "Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology in St. St. Petersburg" in accordance with the order of the Rospotrebnadzor dated 20.05.2005 №402. Carry out hygienic training and certification of the Customer's employees, with the introduction of data on certification in the personal medical book.
