Request for proposals on the right to conclude a contract for services for carrying out psychiatric examination of employees of the online hypermarket "Utkonos" in Moscow. St. Petersburg. Preliminary number of employees subject to psychiatric examinations in 2020 - 1000 people. The term of service delivery is 1 year, starting from September 2020, with the possibility of further prolongation. All devices, medicines and medical products and disinfectants used must be registered in accordance with the established procedure. The time of the psycho examination of one employee shall not exceed 1 hour for one day. Possibility to undergo a medical examination 7 days a week. In case of suspicion/detection of diseases that are contraindications for admission to work, inform the representative of OOO "New Impuls-50" within 2 hours from the date of establishment.
Conducting reconciliations of the reporting tables (indicating amounts) every month with a frequency of 1 fortnightly.
Deferred payment at least 30 bank days.
