The purchase organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time before signing the protocol on the results of the purchase, without incurring any liability to the purchase participants or third parties to whom such action may bring losses.
Detailed information with indication of quantity of delivered goods, volume of performed works, rendered services is specified in Appendix № 1 to the Procurement Documentation "Technical specification".
The terms of the contract concluded according to the purchase results are specified in Appendix № 2 to the procurement documentation "draft contract".
Before the final determination of the winner, the purchase organizer has the right to require any bidder to confirm its compliance with qualifying requirements. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant is carried out according to the criteria specified in the procurement documentation. Confirmation of eligibility of the participant can be carried out both by all criteria and selectively. The refusal of the participant from this procedure may be regarded by the Procurement Commission as providing knowingly false information. A non-compliant purchase request will be rejected.
