Payment terms:Payment is made in three parts:
a) Not more than 30% within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing the contract.
b) No more than 60% within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of signing of protocols by the Procurement Commission on the results of the procurement procedure for the supply of equipment, the signing of the Certificates of acceptance of services rendered under phase 1 and the provision of the Engineer Customer report on the provision of services under phase 1.
c) Not less than 10% within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of signing of the equipment commissioning acts/Certificates of readiness for commissioning of the equipment purchased from the results of the procurement procedure, signing of the Certificates of acceptance of rendered services Phase 2 and the Phase 2 report.
