Request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract with the online store "Platypus" for the creation of an automated monitoring system (AFM) of telecommunications cabinets. The system should be developed according to a standard three-level architecture: 1. The lower level of sensors and actuators; 2. The average level of controller equipment and local monitoring; 3. The upper level is based on server hardware and software. The participant must submit (attach documents to the ETP): 1. Preliminary design; 2. A list of documents justifying the technical decisions taken; 3. Data on the company's qualifications and experience; 4. A general explanatory note and detailed specifications of the materials/equipment offered for delivery, indicating the brand, model, quantity, country of origin; 5. Resource schedule of work and equipment delivery; 6. Additional materials, if necessary.
