Payment terms:По всему лоту, Заказчиком производиться оплата, в размере 100 % от Цены договора, в течение 30 банковских дней от даты полной поставки Товара.
Оплата производится в рублях по курсу ЦБ РФ к евро на дату подписания договора.
Срок заключения договора: в течение 5 дней от даты определения победителя.
Delivery terms:В Цену товара входят все налоги, сборы и расходы на транспортировку товара.

Процедура запроса предложений не является торгами по законодательству Российской Федерации и Заказчик имеет право, но не обязанность заключить договор с победителем запроса предложений. Участники запроса предложений несут все расходы и риски, связанные с участием в закупочных процедурах Заказчика. Заказчик не отвечает и не имеет обязательств по этим расходам независимо от характера проведения и результатов закупочных процедур. Заказчик вправе отклонить все поступившие заявки и отказаться от проведения запроса предложений в любое время, вплоть до момента подведения итогов закупочной процедуры, не неся никакой ответственности перед участниками запроса предложений или третьими лицами, которым такое действие может принести убытки.
