Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Cashless settlement, 100% post-payment after delivery and completion of installation of each batch of equipment. Dear suppliers, we draw your attention to the fact that you can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of the application submission.

Prior to the start of the request, send by e-mail Aleksandra.Marina@x5.ru the Participant's Questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) and the CA Card (Appendix 3.1.) In electronic Excel format (the corresponding sheet is filled in - "legal entity" or "individual" , all items are required, no form corrections are allowed).

Prices for EQUIPMENT according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1.1) the prices must be indicated in EURO per unit of equipment without VAT and include installation and commissioning works, personnel training and other necessary and obligatory payments; orders for equipment are placed in RUBLES of the Russian Federation, recalculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of placing the order.

The cost of INSTALLATION (if applicable) according to the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) should be included in the price for the EQUIPMENT and include transportation, travel expenses, installation and consumables, as well as other expenses, if any.

The prices for DELIVERY in accordance with the Application-Specification (Appendix No. 1) must be indicated in rubles of the Russian Federation for 1 corresponding unit of measurement excluding VAT and include: delivery, loading and unloading, rigging, travel expenses, cleaning and removal of packaging, other related work, as well as other expenses, if any.


Within an hour after the end of the bidding procedure, you will need to upload to the E-Marketplace a commercial offer with a seal and signature, confirming your final bid.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, is not subject to the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal entities. obligations with the customer at the choice of the supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
