1. This competitive procedure, upon prior selection of the supplier, is directed in accordance with the tender regulations of the tender organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the procedure itself Preliminary selection of the supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its holding is not regulated by art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061, 2 of the CIVIL Code of the Russian Federation. 3. The model contract is sent to the signature of the winner (s) determined during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure at the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
