1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the Supplier's preliminary selection procedure itself) is not an offer, auction or competition and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without giving reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. A standard contract is sent to the Winner (s) for signature (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is held by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
