The Participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system (downloading these documents is optional if the Participant has them in the Personal Account, and the Participant must indicate this in his proposal) :
1.1. Commercial offer in pdf format with the seal and signature of the head of the company.
1.2. Charter and / or memorandum of association (with all additions and changes, if any).
1.3. Certificate on making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on a legal entity registered before 01.07.2002.
1.4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (if the legal entity is registered after July 1, 2002).
1.5. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as a rule, issued no earlier than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
1.6. Certificate of tax registration.
1.7. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
1.8. Documents confirming the authority of the sole executive body or other representative of the Buyer to sign documents, namely:
1.8.1. - Decision (Protocol) of the authorized governing body of a legal entity on the formation of a sole executive body or (in the case of signing an agreement by another representative of the Buyer)
1.8.2. - The power of attorney for the representative of the Buyer, confirming the authority to sign the relevant documents, as well as the Decision (Protocol) of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the formation of the sole executive body of the legal entity that signed the power of attorney.
