Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
The Counterparty COMPULSORY reinforces the Commercial Offer on the organization's letterhead, signed and stamped.
If there is no relevant ETP document, the proposal will not be considered.
The KP should specify the following:
- Delivery time (in calendar days according to schedule);
- Shelf life warranty;
- Price incl. VAT per lot unit, RUB
- Payment terms (Buyer shall pay for goods within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from delivery of goods);
- Readiness to work on the model contract and specification-conclusion of the contract and specification according to the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment);
- Supplier status፦ manufacturer or official distributor, licensed and licensed warehouse
- Reference list: years of experience with Rusagro, on the market;
- Fill and attach to ETP visa and seal Appendix #2, #3, product quality certificates, specification (product composition).

Offers submitted in this procedure, without an attached COMMERCIAL OFFER file to the Lot corresponding to the results of the trading procedure, will not be considered.
