Comments: Requirements for the Bidder (Section 6 of the Technical Requirements):
1 Availability of the material and technical base in the required volume for the fulfillment of these technical requirements (own/leased production shop, own welding equipment, paint chamber, load module for testing in accordance with these Technical Requirements.
2 The Supplier's production site should provide an opportunity to:
• manufacture and assemble BMZ with the installation of toll-taking equipment for subsequent testing;
• accommodation for storage of the Customer's toll-free equipment;
• installation of the Customer's own equipment (availability of lifting mechanisms)
• testing.
3 Availability of qualified staff necessary for the fulfillment of these technical requirements (Design of technological systems, oil management, fuel management, structural and architectural solutions of BMZ
4 Availability of experience in the supply of block-modular industrial buildings (availability of a reference list).
5 Availability of documented positive feedback from Customers on completed deliveries.
The Technical and Commercial Proposal should include:
1. The completed Technical and Commercial Proposal form. In the Technical and Commercial Proposal, it is mandatory to allocate the cost of equipment and materials, the cost of manufacturing BMZ DES, the cost of installation supervision and commissioning, and testing.
2. A letter of consent on the fulfillment of all points of these Technical Requirements or, in case of disagreement with any points of Technical Requirements, a draft protocol of disagreement for discussion with the Customer as part of the tender procedure. At the same time, non-agreement of disagreements regarding the fulfillment of all points of these Technical Requirements may be the basis for rejecting the bid of the relevant Supplier.
3. specification of equipment and materials planned for use in the manufacture and configuration of BMZ;
4. schedule for the manufacture of BMZ;
5. Documents confirming the fulfillment of clauses 5.1-5.5 of these Technical Requirements (including, but not limited to: certificate of staffing, certificate of material and technical resources, reference list for the supply of BMZ / block container DES,
6. A letter of readiness to start work on the basis of a letter of guarantee for payment;
7. A letter of readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment;
8. Other documents that the Supplier applies in order to increase the preference of its bid as part of the tender procedure (certificates, draft BMZ passport, etc.)
