Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment procedure for products — payment in the amount of 100% of the amount of goods delivered is made according to the invoices issued within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery. (An increase in deferred payment is welcome).
Delivery terms:Delivery to the consignee's address (the price must include transportation costs to the final consignees).
Delivery time of the first batch: 1st quarter 2022, then according to the applications of the branches.

Comments:
KPs will be considered only for these models, on models that meet the prescribed requirements or TK.
When submitting a proposal, you must select a model from the list of analogues, and also be sure to register the model and brand.

Textile overalls come with the logo: "Ilim", "Take Care of Life" (the sample is uploaded in the procurement documentation).
Tailoring and manufacturing according to the requirements specified in the procurement documentation.

A prerequisite for participation in the procurement procedure: sewing and providing samples on request to the labor protection department and filling out a questionnaire (for new participants).

When making a commercial offer, the following conditions must be taken into account, in addition to the above:
a. As a result of the tender, the parties conclude a supply agreement with a price list with fixed prices for a calendar year from the date of conclusion of the supply agreement, the delivery of goods must be carried out in batches, according to the applications from branches of Ilim Group JSC.
Please note that based on the general results of the procedure, enterprises of Ilim Gofra JSC (in Kommunar and Dmitrov) may also conclude a supply contract with the winner.

The need is indicated roughly based on the consumption statistics of 2021 and may change to a lesser or greater extent.

Special quality requirements: The quality of the goods must comply with the requirements of GOST, TU established in the Russian Federation, the requirements of the TR CU, which is confirmed by the provision of quality certificates (certificate) origin, conformity,) passports and permits for use simultaneously with the goods being shipped.

Special requirements for packaging, labeling: The packaging must protect as much as possible from mechanical, chemical, impact, water and other negative environmental influences, ensure the safety of goods during transportation
