Оплата за выполненные работы производятся только при условии предоставления «Подрядчиком» сводного сметного расчета локальных смет, составленного «Подрядчиком» и утвержденного «Заказчиком».
Оплата за выполненные работы производится в следующем порядке:
Оплата в размере 70% от КС2, КС3 производится ежемесячно по факту их выполнения в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней с даты предоставления «Подрядчиком» счета и счета-фактуры, выставленного на основании подписанных актов выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3, предоставляемых Генподрядчиком не позднее 25-го числа каждого месяца, а также предоставления «Заказчику» комплекта исполнительной документации на выполненные работы и счета-фактуры, пропорционально стоимости выполненных работ.
Сумма по договору в размере 25% (двадцать пять) процентов от общей стоимости договора за выполненные работы оплачиваются «Подрядчику» после выполнения всего комплекса работ и получения получение разрешения на ввод объекта в эксплуатаци и подписание КС-11 и КС-14
С передачей полного пакета исполнительной документации по строительству.
Сумма по договору в размере 5% (пять) процентов от общей стоимости договора за выполненные работы оплачиваются «Подрядчику» по истечению 1 календарного года, после подписания КС-14, в случае если все гарантийные работы за этот период, были выполнены.
Штрафные санкции 2% в день, но не более 35% от суммы договора, на зеркальных условиях.
Auto-extension

EVALUATION AND COMPARISON OF TENDER OFFERS
Only those Tender Offers deemed by SOCIETY to be fully compliant with the tender documents are evaluated.
After the evaluation phase of bids and commercial offers, the participants will be selected the 4 most favorable according to economic and technical criteria and invited to the negotiating stage with the bidding stage regarding originally stated value.$
The term of conclusion of the contract is 20 days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the purchase.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TENDER OFFER
The Offer of the Tender Member may be accepted by SOCIETY at any time during the term of the Offer by sending written notification to the GENERAL Tender. The BUYER may negotiate with the Tender Member for clarification or modification of the Tender's Offer or may accept the Tender's Offer without any discussion or Agreements of the terms of the offer of the Tender.
COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER
SOCIETY shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the Tender in connection with the preparation of the Tender Offer or the agreement of the terms of the contract.
