you are invited to participate in the request for proposals in the form of electronic bidding for selection of vendor (s) for the provision of ancillary and auxiliary services as well as cleaning services for X 5 Retail Group (trade network "Carousel") of the company "X 5 Retail Group, located in the Central Branch (hereinafter referred to as the customer).
By the request for proposals is not the Bids (bidding form) provided art. 447-449 CC of the RF. By the request for proposals (RFP) is an invitation to make offers.
The procedure and conditions of participation in the request for proposals
Request for proposals will be held in the form of a request for proposals under the order specifications (see Appendix 1). Participation in these trades is gratuitous.

RATES on REQUEST for PROPOSALS SERVES 3 choices:
1. Cleaning services and auxiliary. staff collectively at the GM position # 1-36;
2. Cleaning services separately for the GM position # 37-66;
3. Auxiliary services. personnel separately for GM position # 67-72.
Request for proposals will be held from 26.06.2018 g. up to 16:00 03.07.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time in accordance with the rules of the bidding (annex 5).

• I agree with the conditions of the technical specifications and the willingness to work according to the contract without change the terms and conditions of the contract (signing the contract, standardized format providing a full package of statutory documents, in the form of a formal letter in a free form at company letterhead in PDF with signature and seal of the Organization;
• Agree to provide copies of documents, medical books, contracts with employees certified original seal company per week until the release on the object. (Provision of certified staff list is available from the original seal of the company one week prior to the release of the object.) • If the company is on the simplified system of taxation, you must provide proof.

Listings of companies that include the entire list of requested documentation will not be considered.

The offer must be valid for a period of not less than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the request for proposals.
