The procedure and conditions of participation
Request for proposals will be held in the form of a request for proposals under the order specifications (see Appendix 2). Participation in these trades is gratuitous.

Stage # 1: will be held in the form of an open request for proposals under the order specifications (see Appendix 1). Request for proposals will be held from 16.03.2018 g. up to 15:00 22.03.2018 (Moscow time) with possible extensions upon completion of basic time in accordance with the rules of the bidding process (Appendix 2).
To participate in this step, you must send:

• Application form (Appendix 4) in Excel and PDF formats with signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
• Card of the counterparty (annex 3) in Excel format and PDF with signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
• If the company is on the simplified system of taxation, must send a confirming document downloading documents for ETP;
• I agree with the conditions of the technical specifications and the willingness to work according to the contract without change the terms and conditions of the contract (signing the contract, standardized format providing a full package of statutory documents, in the form of a formal letter in a free form at company letterhead as a PDF with a signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
• Confirmation works in full compliance of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation as an official free-form letters on company letterhead as a PDF with a signature and seal of the Organization uploading documents for ETP;
• If the company is on the simplified system of taxation, must send a confirming document downloading documents for ETP;

Listings of companies that include the entire list of requested documentation, will not be considered.

The proposal should really be no less than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the procedure.
The request for proposals, the organizer reserves the right to conduct peretorzhki. Company X 5 Retail Group reserves the right to accept the single winner of the request for proposals on all lots or more winners of the request for proposals for one or group of lots for each store and reserves the right not to recognize a winner nor one of the participants.
